TIPI Interiors endeavours to maintain an accurate and up-to-date website; please be aware though that at times it may contain errors or inaccuracies.
TIPI Interiors does not provide warranties on any of its products, provided on the website or at its Pop Up stores.
TIPI Interiors only offers refunds on faulty items. A majority of the products available are made by artisans, and therefore may have minor imperfections which are unavoidable.
Small variations in the dye lots will not be acknowledged by TIPI as a fault. This is a natural outcome in the printing process.
If however you are completely dissatisfied with your TIPI product, please send photographs of the faults to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then determine whether a refund is required. If the product is deemed faulty, TIPI Interiors will cover any shipping costs incurred.
TIPI Interiors does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If you change your mind, you are eligible to exchange your product for another if it is within 14 days from the purchase date. Customers exchanging due to a change of mind are responsible for all shipping costs incurred. All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags intact. Any requests for refunds or exchanges must include a proof of purchase.
