Shipping – Within Australia

All orders are shipped free of charge within Australia.

Please note that the lead time on all Pop Up items is up to 10-12 weeks, due to the intricate nature of artisan products.

All customers will receive a tracking number via email when the order is dispatched.

** In the unlikely scenario that you have not received your order after 7 business days once you have received the confirmation email that your parcel has been dispatched, please email hello@tipi-interiors.com and we will be more than happy to investigate further.

Shipping – Outside of Australia 

TIPI does not allow for international shipping on the website.

However it can be arranged. Please email hello@tipi-interiors.com for a quote.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds are available.

Please note however that with artisan work, there are likely to be variations in the product to the product images you see on this website. That is the beauty about artisan made work!

Imperfections, depending on their nature, will not always result in a refund. At times when it is deemed faulty, a refund or a replacement will be available.

The form below must be filled in within 7 business days of receipt of the products. All customers will receive a response from TIPI within 48 hours.

If returning items, the shipping and packaging costs will be at the customers expense. Please post any items to: PO Box 8780, Orange NSW 2800.

TIPI does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged in the post. It is recommended that they be registered. Any items returned not in saleable condition will not be refunded in full. Please allow 7 business days for refunds to be made.
